Caterers Boca Raton come and go like never before. Just the other day I heard of 2 caterers go under. Same exact with restaurants, people that have been in business 20 Years or more…very sad.

In a tough economy, all I try to do is watch my expenses and generate more revenue. We are actually growing, doing more social events. Corporate events have decreased by 20% compared to last year.

Better times are ahead of us, I am sure of it. the strong will survive and will be ahead of the game when then economy turns around.
